On March 8th my husband and I will be celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary. Leap year is here and it is that time of the year when a woman according to old legends is allowed (now that sounds silly nowadays) to propose to a man..Years a go I´m sure this seemed like a big deal but in these modern times, women are more apt to propose to man, or are they???? Talking with a girlfriend last night, she said she was going to go for it, she was ready to take the big step and seeing that her boyfriend was not, she was willing to give him the push…She is planning on sending him flowers to his place of work with a romantic love note, expressing her desire to become his wife!!

I can´t wait to hear how it all goes..What do you think? Should a woman take that afirmative step, and should she have to wait for a Leap year to do it??
